At Leechi, we are committed to delivering high-quality garments that meet our standards of design, fit, and craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or delayed delivery caused by courier partners.
In case your product has a genuine manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

- Exchange or Store Credit Only: If your product is eligible under our exchange guidelines, we will process an exchange for the same product (subject to availability) or issue store credit for the full purchase value.
- Quality Assurance: Our garments undergo a thorough quality check before shipping. Any damage caused by mishandling or wear after delivery will not be eligible for resolution.

Once we receive your return request, please allow 3–5 business days for us to assess and process your return.
